Welcome.

My name is Stefana.

And my heart beats for a world where we orient ourselves to what truly matters, honouring our unique, precious life, collective potential and inherent interconnectedness.

It’s so easy to get lost in the daily grind and forget to ask ourselves: What do we most deeply long for? What nourishes us truly? How do we need to live so we can die knowing we gave it our all, and that life used us well?

I don’t have all the answers to these questions, but my life is dedicated to their exploration.

This is my heart howl to all who want to join me on the adventure.

I design transformative spaces supporting people to connect more deeply to themselves, to others, to the natural world and the Great Mystery of Life pulsing through all of it. My work is inspired by 15+ years of deep study of a broad spectrum of personal and spiritual development approaches. You can read more about my journey here.
